胃幽門桿菌陽性 (gastric H. pylori-positive)

• 抗生素治療 (antibiotic therapy)
• 3-6 月後重複內視鏡檢查 (endoscopy)
• 若仍為幽門桿菌陽性且無進展 → 替代抗生素治療 (antibiotic therapy)
• 3 月後重複內視鏡檢查 (endoscopy)
